In their advisory role, RenaissanceOPTI's board members have helped our management team craft a compelling vision, advance our strategic initiatives and build strong infrastructure to ensure long-term growth.

Marc Brammer
Moody's Analytics

Marc Brammer is a Senior Director at Moody's Analytics. He manages strategic client relationships and assists product managers in the design and implementation of Moody's software product strategies based on evolving needs in managing credit risk. Currently, he has directed the effort to extend Moody's Analytics product offerings to support advanced internal ratings approaches, an initiative that involved many of the largest global banks, commercial banks and non-banking finance companies around the world.

Marc began his career as a commercial loan officer with St. Joseph Bank & Trust Company. Four years later, he joined Crowe Chizek and Company, a national CPA and consulting firm, to help manage the sales effort of the firm's newly formed Software Products Group. The group developed, licensed and supported proprietary financial statement analysis software designed to help institutions analyze the creditworthiness of corporate borrowers. In April 2000, the group was acquired by Moody's Corporation, where Marc served in a sales and product development support role until joining Moody's Analytics in 2002.

He received a BA in 1974 and an MBA in 1976 from the University of Notre Dame.

Lucy Gillard

Lucy's professional experience began on the technical development and business systems analyst side. After 8 years she made a big shift to Sales (technical Sales) and then to Marketing.

Her marketing experience has transcended product marketing, partner marketing, market strategy, demand generation and advertising. Lucy is firmly entrenched in the belief that Marketing and Sales need to be aligned as pipeline partners and Demand Generation Marketing is her professional passion as it brings her closest to the bottom line of revenue. Lucy's business type interest in B2B and she enjoys being a "change agent" that can help transform organizations and individuals to achieve their potential.

Victoria Godfrey
Godfrey Research and Marketing

Victoria Godfrey is former Chief Marketing Officer of Zipcar and Vice President of Global Brands and Events at Monster.com. At Monster, she leveraged marketing automation in parallel with creating a revolutionary global brand strategy and brand positioning to redefine and expand Monster's leadership worldwide. Previously, Victoria served as the Vice President of Marketing for Fidelity Investments and Vice President of Global Marketing at Printlife.com. Her earlier career experience included time at the Polaroid Corporation and the GTE Corporation.

Godfrey is a proven leader, having been the visionary behind the launch of the the Polaroid Izone camera, the number one selling camera in the world for more than three years. She brings to RenaissanceOPTI practical customer-centric expertise and guidance of the cross-functional requirements and objectives for marketing automation as it relates to branding, public relations, new product development, brand management, advertising, and integrated global marketing.

Karen McPhillips

Karen McPhillips is a seasoned marketing and corporate communications executive with over two decades of marketing expertise. Karen is a change agent and valued leader experienced in driving business impact through marketing and corporate communications strategy and execution. Background encompasses reputation, demand management, sales and partner enablement, market/customer intelligence, communications and brand integrity programs. Established and/or managed marketing departments and functions including Demand Management, Product Marketing, Brand, Marketing Operations and Marketing Services with a deep understanding of Marketing Automation.
